There were lots of fun amenities for families. The pool is large and has a swim through tunnel to the outside part of the pool. There is a carousel that runs on the hour. Giant chess. Shuffleboard. Beautiful grounds. Mini golf course was super fun! the rooms were comfortable with nice sheets. Several on site dining options too.

Nice pool. Room was comfortable and quiet, but not spacious. Good location. No free breakfast, but we had a very nice breakfast at Z's Restaurant, which is on site. Check-in and check-out very smooth.

I loved the fireplace such a romantic way to end an evening. There was a lot of things to do and see around the property and in the cute little town. Immensely enjoyed this spot as a honeymoon spot.

Room/Beds excellent...... very clean....Pool excellent....... breakfast not to my liking but got us by untill we got out and about.

The Zermatt has beautiful grounds, which include a carousel (WOW, right?), a pond and walking trail. The gym is AMAZING - lots of equipment, a sauna and a steam room. I didn't have the chance to check out the spa facilities, unfortunately. I think it was Heather, who kindly showed us around. There's also a small pool. Our bed was comfy, and I could easily have stayed longer.

We have been coming to Zermatt for years, first as a couple then with our kids. It never disappoints. We love the indoor/outdoor pool and the location is so beautiful! We ate breakfast every morning at the Bakery which was incredible. I recommend the sticky bun and the ham and Swiss croissant. Located near some excellent local restaurants as well.

I loved how friendly the staff was to us. We had a little trouble locating my reservation as there was a glitch in the system, but both Booking.com and the resort fixed it without any issues. The property is beautiful! it was a peaceful experience as we were walking around the property. The lake is so pretty and the mini golf is incredible! The carousel is such a cute idea! Everything about it was so well done. our room was clean and smelled fresh. The showerhead even had where you could change the nozzle to a different sprayer. We had a beautiful view outside of our room and we were so grateful to be there.
